Sabbath Blessings

I wish for you a Sabbath of blessings and of joy:
The day can be a blessing that Satan can’t destroy.
We each may meet our Saviour and praise His holy name,
And if we really do it, we’ll never be the same.

It takes some preparation, before the sacred hours,
To realize revival and thus renew our powers:
Let’s just forget life’s problems and put them all away,
As we observe in gladness the blessed Sabbath day.
